Anyway, I'm a fan of Kki's ...Lurker alert!<br /><br />Anyway, I'm a fan of Kki's mousses as well. You HAVE to try their mount blanc. The tart base is to die for! That said, I wasn't very impressed by the texture of the cake components in their pastries - a little too dry and rough for my liking. <br /><br />IMHO, the best strawberry shortcake in Singapore I've tried is undoubtedly the one from Flor/Glace.
