I've tried making this cake sev...Hi Michelle! <br /><br />I've tried making this cake several times now and no mater what sized pan I use or oven temperature or bake time, the loaf always sinks and has a moist centre that looks uncooked. Any suggestions on what could be causing that? I did decrease the amount of sugar to 200g, but I've done that with other cake recipes before and had the cakes still come out successful.
