Oh hey, I went to school and made use of the comp lab to edit my picture sizes to fit into my blog. So here's some pictures again!

04/04/08: Lemons!What am I going to do with all these lemons?

Used lemons stack.

Lemon zest.

Pouring the lemon mixture atop the crust layer.

Lemon bars! I made lemon bars. (:

Completed icing-sugar-dusted lemon bars.

The recipe churned out HEAPS of these babies and of cos, I couldn't possibly eat them all by myself, it was shared among plenty of friends heh. (:

07/04/08 dinner: egg mayo sandwich, veg and ham rose/tomatoes on a stick!

09/04/08 lunch: Stirfried beef, rice, veg and fruits.

11/04/08: Cake decorating in process...

I realised I shouldn't have added the middle almonds they look ridiculous. lol.

14/04/08 dinner: soba noodles, chicken wrapped in egg sheet, miso marinated fish, cucumbers and tomatoes.

Mua came over for lunch so we had Japanese rice, miso soup and stirfried chicken. We're going for a mini picnic session with Bing and Jos tomorrow at Southbank. Mua's going to make fried rice and Jos, sandwiches. I'll be making some cupcakies cos I need to bring some to a dinner I'm going to on Saturday anyway. (: Hope the weather's fine tomorrow!
